My first flash cartoon design project was BugGuts.com, a humorous educational site to teach visitors all about bugs. I was developing several movies with educational facts about common bugs when I became too busy to finish the project. The goal of the site was to entertain while educating. Each character/bug would somehow get squished or sliced open, then an internal anatomy lesson would begin. Another section of the site was devoted to identifying bugs by their bug splats. This used color, splat pattern, body parts, and goo to identify bugs murdered by your car. It is still a dream of mine to release such a site someday.
